About Me

Fontana isn’t just where I live—it’s where I was raised, educated, and built my life. As a former Fontana Unified School District student, local business owner, parent of an FUSD student, and President of the Fontana Foundation of Hope, my connection to this community runs deep.

The Fontana Foundation of Hope was founded in 2014 after my father, Jack Long, chose to use his lottery winnings to give back to the community he loved. He taught me that when you’re blessed, you have a responsibility to bless others, and carrying on that legacy has become one of the greatest honors of my life.

Through the Foundation, I’ve spent years working alongside our schools, families, law enforcement, businesses, and community organizations. From providing shoes, meals, holiday assistance, resources to families in need, to supporting "Shop With a Cop", CTE Law Enforcement pathways, MCJROTC, Fontana Police Explorers, and other youth programs, my focus has always been on creating opportunities and showing up for our community.

I’m especially passionate about the FLIP and Jr. FLIP programs, and their work to help young people build confidence, character, leadership skills, and a belief in their future. I’ve also served on the PTA Executive Board at Dorothy Grant Innovation Academy, participated in "Principal for a Day", and have remained actively involved as a parent and volunteer within our schools.

I’m running for the Fontana Unified School District Board of Education because I believe our schools should belong to the community they serve. Our decisions must always reflect the values of our families and put students first. I know firsthand that when we listen to parents, support our educators, keep our campuses safe, and prioritize the well-being of our children, our entire community thrives.
